Sharon Stone says she'll “kiss just about anybody" if it would help end the war in the Middle East.
The “Basic Instinct” actress has traveled to Israel as part of a trip sponsored by the Peres Centre for Peace, which aims to promote understanding in the conflict-ridden region.
The star also used the trip to speak about the lack of female presence at peace talks, saying they should include more women as they consider people's thoughts and feeling better than men.
47-year-old Sharon went ahead with the trip, despite warnings about her safety, hoping she could pay a small part towards bringing peace to the Middle East. Her five-day trip included a visit to the mixed Arab-Jewish town of Jaffa near Tel Aviv.
She was accompanied by the former Israeli prime minister and Nobel Laureate Shimon Peres.
