British supermodel Naomi Campbell is suing a plastic surgeon who claims he gave her Botox injections.
She is demanding £50,000 from 'King of Botox' Dr Jean-Louis Sebagh because her name was used in two "Hello!" magazine articles to promote his services.
“I'm fed up with people saying I've had plastic surgery and liposuction. Black don't crack,” Naomi has previously said, insisting she's never had cosmetic surgery.
“The articles give the impression that she endorses his products which she does not. That is why she has launched a pre-action disclosure,” a source close to Naomi has said.
'”She does not endorse Mr Sebagh's products. We are trying to find out how her name came to be connected to him,” Naomi's lawyer, Gideon Benaim, says.
A spokeswoman for Dr Sebagh failed to comment.

Black don't crack? I feel like her nerves are the things that crack when she's hitting assistants with her cell phone and letting her temper get out of hand on a weekly basis.
