Proclaiming that's she's been done "immeasurable harm," actress Jessica Alba is claiming that a bikini-clad publicity still used on Playboy magazine's cover may lead some people to think she posed naked on the inside pages.
Although the actress often poses for barely-clad and provocative photos for a number of national publications, apparently she didn't do a shoot for the cover of the March issue and the editors obtained the "Into the Blue" promo shot through devious means.
Jessica is threatening to sue Hef & Company for trying to make it seem that the actress appears in a "nude or semi-nude pictorial."
In a February 23 legal threat letter, her lawyer is demanding that Playboy cease distributing the magazine and provide the actress with a "monetary settlement" for its unauthorized use of her image for commercial purposes.
According to her lawyer, Brian Wolf, the men's magazine has caused the star "immeasurable harm" by placing her on its cover. Read the sordid details at The Smoking Gun.
