David Hasselhoff has been hit by a domestic violence claim against him by his estranged wife.
Actress Pamela Bach has asked the Los Angeles Superior Court to issue the ex-"Baywatch" star with a temporary restraining order to keep him away from her. This request was denied by a judge, but he instructed the pair to keep away from each other.
David has denied the allegations of violence against him, through his publicist Judy Katz.
David and Pamela, who have two daughters, put in a claim for divorce in January after 16 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. David's lawyer, Melvin Goldsman, declined to comment on the allegations of domestic violence against his client.
Hasselhoff shot to fame in the eighties TV show "Knight Rider", and starred as Mitch Buchannon in long-running hit show "Baywatch" for over ten years, until 2000.
