Is the wedding off? There are growing rumors that Katie Holmes has had enough of Tom Cruise and the Scientology stuff.
Life and Style magazine is reporting that the couple are splitting up and that they "plan to keep up the charade of their romance until after their baby's birth this spring."
Apparently many "insiders" confirmed the story to Life & Style, and one longtime friend of Tom’s said: "They both agreed that the marriage wouldn’t work and they wanted to end it before they learned to hate each other." The magazine said that the Cruiser plans to buy Kate a home near his to make it easy to visit his child.
A mouthpiece for the couple issued a statement that said, "It should be known that the story is 100 percent false. They are still engaged and are moving forward with their wedding plans, as well as planning for the arrival of their child."
A representative for the gossip rag said, "We stand 100 percent behind our story."
