American Idol judge Paula Abdul is on the hunt for a boyfriend and has enlisted Dr. Phil to help her out. She says she's tired of being wierd single and so over the Corey Clark loser-types she's been hooking up with meeting on the show.
In his upcoming one-hour primetime Valentine's Day special called "Love Smart", Dr. Phil has enlisted the B-list star to "explore the life of an unmarried international celebrity looking for love."
Abdul will talk about her issues with finding a guy who is comfortable with her success, and who isn't "overwhelmed by her emotions". Dr. Phil is going to send Paula out on a blind date with one of ten men and the victim guy won't be told in advance that it's crazy Paula he's being set up with. If he doesn't freak out he wins ... um, a second date, or a feel, or 15 minutes of fame, or something.
Paula and the unlucky one will have the full celebrity experience of having cameras in their faces during the whole date (just like Nick and Jessica!) so that their reactions to each other will be like, totally casual and natural. Then Dr. Phil will view the tape to study her body language and analyze her comments so he can tell her she's crazy. Like you, I can't wait to not watch it.

Comments
American Idol should replace Paula Abdul. She acts so strange and un-natural. The show needs someone a little more outgoing, but real. Paula is so plastic.
