Teen idol Jesse McCartney, 18, was caught on video by TMZ.com having a few illegal Coronas at a California club. The investigative website says authorities tend to "look the other way" when it's a young Hollywood star breaking the law.
The website has also posted other video of teenagers Lindsay Lohan, Mary Kate Olsen, and Frankie Muniz as also benefiting from the under-21 celebrities above-the-law rule as they were filmed entering and leaving the popular night club Mood. And the list goes on.
TMZ contacted David Judaken, the owner of Mood who said, "We are dilligent about ID'ing people," adding, "people come with fake ID's."
