Elle Macpherson's split with her longtime beau Arky Busson is about to get very nasty, and he is demanding sole custody of their sons.
PageSix is reporting that the gorgeous supermodel and the Swiss financier, the father of Flynn, 7, and Aurelius Cy, 2, broke up last summer as they publicly announced they had "decided to spend some time apart to consider our future." The couple had been engaged since 2002, but never wed.
At the time, they stated they still had a "wonderful relationship." And Elle told reporters: "Contrary to rumors, I'm not moving back to Australia. I would not separate my children from their father."
But things have changed for the worse. "He's jealous and he wants to hurt her," a source close to the supermodel told Jared Paul Stern at the New York Post. "This is like a final [bleep] you. He doesn't want her to have a life without him."
Elle won't discuss her personal life but a friend of hers conceded there are "custody issues."
