"I was sick," Lindsay Lohan reveals in Vanity Fair magazine in the issue which hits newsstands today. "I had people sit me down and say, 'You're going to die if you don't take care of yourself.'"
She admits to being bulimic and doing drugs and that the stress of being a teenage superstar was taking its toll. And the turning point was when she saw how bad she looked after hosting Saturday Night Live. "I just started bawling. I knew I had a problem, and I couldn't admit it. I saw that show after I did it. My arms were disgusting. I had no arms."
"My sister, she was scared. My brother called me, crying."
And in the most revealing part, Hohan fesses up to using drugs "a little," then adds: "I've gotten that out of my system. I don't want people to think that I've done ... you know what I mean? It's kind of a sore subject." (The New York Post reported that Vanity Fair was contacted by Lohan's publicist to try to have the references to drug use removed from the story but they're still in there.)
In her romantic life, she confesses to smothering her first love Wilmer Valderrama and pushing their relationship to the brink, because "I didn't have anyone (else) to go to" with problems. Regarding reports of a relationship with Jared Leto, all she'll say about it is, "We're great friends."
As for going for some nudie shots in the layout, Linds told ET, "I haven't seen anything. I'm kind of scared. It'll be tastefully done though - it is Vanity Fair."
In other news, Linds was celebrating New Year's in Miami when she had an asthma attack. Her publicist, Leslie Sloane, explained that Florida's humidity may have contributed to her condition which has put her in the hospital for a few days.

I have ALWAYS known that she was some sort of bulimic. It is about time that she realized how horrid she looked. I saw that SNL episode and thought,"My God, she is ugly!", due tot the fact that she is sooo skinny.

i always knew she was on something cus she would be super skinny and her hair seemed thinner and her body seemed so frail but she shouldn't feel bad cus Hilary Duff is doing all the same stuff but in a worse condition she won't admit it.
