A Scorsese-DeNiro-Pesci fan was left pummeled but most un-stoked after meeting his Goodfella hero Joe Pesci and badgering him for a photo. What he got was a fat lip.
The all-time Hollywood tuff guy who put a guy's head in a vise and tightened it until his eyeballs popped out ("Casino") and shot a teenager in the foot just for sassing him ("Goodfellas"), yeah, THAT GUY - or the actor that plays that guy - got a little testy when a fan followed him around. Juan Carlos Montenegro (said fan) claims that Pesci thumped him in the parking lot of a strip mall when Pesci was coming out of a Jamba Juice.
Montenegro said he approached the actor, shook his hand and told him he was a big fan. The student ran inside a nearby Circuit City store and bought a camera. According to reports, Montenegro, 24, then ran after him and asked the pint-sized Pesci, 62, if he could take his picture. The star said, "not now".
Wow. Those are difficult words to understand: Not. Now. (Polite Translation: "F**k-off. Please.")
Not to be denied, the community college student followed the actor and took a picture anyway. Then the "furious" Pesci allegedly smacked him in the mouth. Montenegro told Pesci he shouldn't have done that and the star replied: "You shouldn't have been interrupting my business."
The student filed a police report but Pesci has yet to be charged. There were no witnesses, although the pictures in the camera likely be evidence. Regardless of the outcome of the police investigation, Montenegro said he remains a Pesci fan: "I may have gotten him on a bad day," he said.

Gee, I wonder if Joe reads this. Oh, that voice and feistiness of his, I can understand Joe getting mad about the guy pursuing him with the camera. Pesci can do anything and I can't figure why I would always still love the guy. I am not the starstruck type, but put me around Pesci and I turn red !!!
