KITV News of Honolulu obtained police documents describing the drunken behavior of "Lost" star Michelle Rodriguez who, along with co-star Cynthia Watros, was arrested for drunk driving earlier this month.
Among the other tidbits of the report: Michelle was driving a black Mercedes-Benz, while Cynthia Watros was driving a Lexus SUV. Officers said both actresses had blood-shot, glassy eyes and smelled of alcohol when they were stopped. Both cars were weaving all over the right lane and heading into the bike lane. The cars were heading toward downtown Honolulu. Cynthia told an officer she was driving home to Lanikai, however, the "Lost" star was headed in the opposite direction.
But it was Michelle who was the handful that night. Police said she was "very argumentative" and kept interrupting the police officer, who was explaining drunk driving sanctions to her. According to the report, Rodriguez said, "I don't (expletive) belong here! Why don't you just put a gun to my head and shoot me! You've already taken my freedom! You might as well take my life too!"
The officer who arrested Michelle said, "... she wanted me to shoot her. She kept complaining that we could not take away her freedom. She told me, 'Just take my car and I'll walk all the way to the North Shore but don't leave me in the back of this car, poppie.'"
She objected strongly to being kept in leg irons while she was under arrest. Police quoted her as saying, "I was only drinking, baby, I can understand taking away my car for drinking and driving, but I didn't hurt nobody, so why do I have to wear these things? I feel like a slave man, this takes away my freedom."
Police allowed her to use her cell phone to make phone calls for bail and they say as Michelle did that, she continually hit herself on the head and punched the wall at the receiving desk.
Michelle's blew a .145 for her blood alcohol level, nearly twice the legal limit. Which would explain why she didn't feel a thing during the head banging part.

michelle is having fun and partying, so what she was alittle bit drunk when she was driving but so was her co star and michelle is always the person who gets the blame and who all the papers say is the bad one . it isnt fair on her and anyway we should be guding her on her acting not her private life. she is an amazing actress so as far as films are conserd they should be proud to have her on there set. heva
