So has she gone deaf or not? Or has her surgery been successful in restoring some of her hearing? According to the New York Post story, Foxy Brown spazzed out in the Signature Bank on New York's Park Avenue the other day.
The hip-hop artist ran into trouble trying to collect $2,000 in cash and a witness said she "got abusive and started screaming. She cursed out a bank manager and humiliated this woman." Insiders have told PageSix that along with hearing problems and trouble with the law, the rapper is having financial difficulties. An insider said her business manager "has been picking up her bills. She's broke."
Meanwhile, PageSix is also reporting that talk of Foxy's hearing loss is "much exaggerated."
The gossip page reports that after Foxy fired her lawyer Joseph Tacopina — who supposedly leaked the info that she was "pretty much deaf" — Foxy picked up the phone and spoke directly with another attorney named Salvatore Strazzullo and that she had no trouble hearing him on the phone to set up an appointment.
Her criminal trial for attacking a manicurist has been delaying until December 23, but her lawyer believes there will be a deal in place by them. She can pleads to either a misdemeanor or a violation, but it's highly unlikely Foxy will get jail time over the "did she do my nails or not" dispute.

yo foxy i'm a fan and i'm just telling you straight up that you need to cut it out if you are faking because if you are then the only thing that is going to happen is that you are going to lose a lot of your fans but if you not playin' then me and a lot of other people that i know relly support you and love you so don't stop coming and don't forget if you lien' please stop you are a great rapper/r&b artist and i give you much props love ya !!!!!!
