Paris Hilton and her boyfriend Stavros Niarchos were involved in an accident outside the L.A. club Element early Wednesday morning around 2:30 a.m. In the back seat of the car was Kimberly Stewart and Talan Torriero, star of MTV’s "Laguna Beach."
Stavros was freaked out by the paparazzi and put a coat over his head as he pulled out - but drove straight into the back of a large commercial truck. After he put some serious hurt on Paris' silver Bentley, he then takes the coat off his head (good idea, Stav) and speeds off. He nearly hits a pedestrian too.
TMZ.com has the best video of incident, including moments later when the car is stopped at a stop sign and Stavros is screaming "Baby, I'm fucking scaring myself!" and Paris (or Kimberly?) screams back at him, "Then stop!" And he does get stopped a minute later -- by the LAPD, who oddly enough don't give him a sobriety test, even after Talan steps forward and offers to drive, saying to the cops, "I'm the only sober one."
