Now Boone's shallow step-sister Shannon (played by Maggie Grace) is the second main character to die on "Lost".
When Ian Somerhalder was written off the show last spring, other cast members began to worry if they too would get the axe. According to femalefirst.co, Maggie had been worried her character would die, saying, "You only get 24 hours notice if you're being written out. It's brutal."
The fact that the writers killed off Boone last year is still a sore spot with viewers, including the families of cast members who have their own opinions, like when Jorge Garcia's mom called him and said, "I hear they're going to kill a character on the show."
"Yeah, Ma," Jorge replied.
"I hope it's not Sawyer," his mother said.
No, not Sawyer - yet - but with three new cast members joining "Lost", including Adebisi from "Oz" (Adewale Akinnouye-Abgaje), there's potential for other favorite characters to get whacked on the island.
