With all the bad blood going on between Jamie and the other tribemates on Survivor Guatemala, Jamie decided to swallowed his pride this week and he volunteered to take last place at the reward challenge banquet where he settled for a meal of nuts and lake water and let his tribemates have the real food. All in the name of friendship and trying to clear his good name as a southern gentleman. Ahhhhhhhhhh.

All together now ... (((((( group hug ))))))
Despite his heartfelt talk with Bobby Jon, and his gesture at the meal, Jamie was safe for another week anyway, after he won the immunity challenge easily which required tossing an arrow with an ancient Maya weapon. With Jamie safe at tribal council, that put Gary up next as the one most likely to be voted off. But Gary is, again, too quick for this bunch of dumb monkeys.
After Judd got drunk and stuffed his face with the steak and lobster meal, then puked in the hut, he does a Jamie and tries to make nice with everyone by "sharing" his idol tip: Sssssssshhh, it's definitely ON THE GROUND. That's all he can say, and he fears he's said too much, but yes everyone, the immunity idol we all seek is ON THE GROUND.
Ah-ha! It's on the ground, eh? Right, thanks for the obvious tip, Judd. You moron. With this bit of news, Gary immediately heads for the jungle and goes looking in the trees.
Would he find it in time, with tribal council just hours away and the others deciding that as the best player, the ex-NFL quarterback must go? As Jeff gathers them for tribal council and runs through the usual back-stabbing he said/he said council review, he asks if anyone has found the idol. [Long dramatic pause.] Anyone? Anyone? Then Gary stands up and holds up the idol, to gasps! Gasps! The look on Judd's face was priceless. And the grin on Gary's face was annoying as hell.
With Gary and Jamie holding immunity, everyone mentally scrambles to go to the next name on the list. Who would they vote out? Steph? The dumb Judd? No, it's so long to the southern gentleman Bobby Jon, Jamie's rival, who has survived long enough to at least get on the Survivor jury, a goal he's been wanting "all of his life."
Read the transcript of Bobby Jon's interview on the Early Show and read his reaction to being voted off.
