While it's not news that Lindsay Lohan has been secretly dating Jared Leto for months now, it does seem a bit odd that a new rumor has surfaced that the two may be ready to elope, and the rumor comes out the day after the announcement that the two will star in an indie movie together.
Call me jaded but, gosh, what a coincidence.
"She’s crazy about Jared," a friend told Life & Style Weekly. "She says it would be great to run away, get married barefoot on the beach and shock everybody."
Another pal says that "Lindsay says she has met the man of her dreams," and adds that Leto has encouraged her to eat healthy foods, which has helped her bring back her curvy figure.
I can see Lindsay falling for the "Requiem for a Dream" star because he's a total hottie, I just don't think he's the type to do a Renee/Kenny thing on a beach. But rumor has it that it's HER friends telling Linds to take it easy and go slow, since he goes through women faster than I can type.
As for the movie, Jared will play Mark David Chapman, the maniac fan who shot John Lennon, and Lindsay will play a woman who befriends him shortly before the shooting. The movie is titled "Chapter 27" and may have some reference to the book "Catcher in the Rye" which Chapman was obsessed with. Sounds like a great role for Jared even if he's far too pretty to play the plump and plain Chapman.

oh dear god i hope this isn't true. Jared is way too hot for that skinny bag of bones and he's a rockstar for shits sake! shouldn't he be with a room full of groupies? he could have any girl he wants, and he picks that red rash of a girl?
