The Pink Ladies are Sparred on Amazing Race 8

After four legs stuck in the U.S. on the Amazing Race 8 world tour, the teams have managed to leave home and travel to ... Panama! Yes, a U.S. protectorate! Woo-woo!! Departing from the last pit stop in New Orleans, the six remaining teams traveled by plane to Panama City, Panama, to play baseball and spot fake birds in the rainforest. But don't reach for your remote yet!

The Paolos

At the start of the morning, each family got their clue which sent them on boat rides down the Panama canal to find a dude lying in a hammock. The Gaghans had the most advertureous ride as their boat driver went the OTHER WAY to pick up another passenger. With much screaming and pleading, they convinced him to turn around and following the other teams, now well ahead of them.

Ashlee Simpson pic Famous for lip-synching on SNL and being the kid sister of Daisy Duke, Ashlee Simpson is showing the world she's for real. She has even managed to beat out music legend and multiple Grammy Award winner Stevie Wonder to score the top spot on the charts with her album "I Am Me."

With sales of 220,000 copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan, Ashlee's new album duplicates the chart-topping success of her 2004 debut, "Autobiography." The new album's first single "Boyfriend" is a top 25 track on the Billboard Hot 100.

Just Jared scores again with the first set of make-out photos of Paris Hilton with the next to-do wealthy Greek heir on her list and MK's ex, Stavros Niachos.

Oops, just when Paris was winning the benefit of the doubt argument over Tom Sizemore's claim that he'd slept with her, now there's proof that he WASN'T lying about knowing Paris, and probably wasn't lying when he bragged about shtoinking her either. Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is expecting her second child according to blabbing actress/mother, Blythe Danner, who accidentally made the announcement at an award ceremony in Hollywood.

Danner said, "Yes, I am (going to be a grandmother again.) Well, I think so. Oh, well I have not checked lately."

A friend of her husband, Chris Martin, confirmed it. "Gwyneth is trying to contain her excitement about having another child, but she's incredibly happy."

People have begun to speculate what Gwenyth, the mother of a 16-month-old daughter, Apple, would name the second child. Bets are on Cherry if it's a girl, Banana if it's a boy. Nooooo! She wouldn't. Would she?

Now that I've come to think of it, Apple isn't so bad. Here's a list of embarrassing names that celebrities have handed their kids:

Rapper Foxy Brown is Deaf and Must Have Surgery

"I started breaking down in tears and screaming, and I couldn't even hear myself scream," Foxy Brown told People Magazine. "I ran outside to my truck and honked the horn. Nothing. I ran back inside and dialed a number on the phone. Nothing. Then I started breaking down in tears and screaming and I couldn't even hear myself scream. That's when I knew there was a problem."

Rapper Foxy Brown has suffered a sudden and severe hearing loss that became apparent last May when she went totally deaf. According to reports, she made the condition worsen after trying to hide the hearing loss in hopes that medication could help restore everything. Foxy also added that she had been deaf for four months without speaking out.

A New York Otolaryngology specialist called Foxy's case "severe." It is caused by a viral infection and the rare condition affects only about one in 10,000 people.

"I know God is working on me," Foxy told People. "I'm on a personal journey. I believe God wants to be the only voice I hear right now. I know I will be all right."

Janet Jackson & James DeBarge Young DeBarge, former brother-in-law of Janet Jackson claimed on a hip-hop radio station yesterday that the singer has an 18-year-old daughter.

According to the New York Post, during an interview on Hot 97, Young said Janet and his brother James are the parents of Renee, a daughter who was sent away in shame to live with the eldest of the famous Jackson siblings, Rebbie.

"James and the Jackson family kept everything real close, real tight," Young DeBarge said. "No one really knew how it was working out until things kind of surfaced."

The popularity of superstar actor Tom Cruise has dropped significantly in the last few months, according to the latest Genius StarPower report. By all measures, the plunge (among 13 to 49 year-olds) is steep for a celebrity of his magnitude:

His StarPower ranking plummeted from 12th to 50th

He went from the 11th most liked celebrity to the 197th

His fan base (those who like him a lot) shrank from 33% to 25%

In addition, Tom ranks among the top 5 most controversial actors (those who are heavily disliked and liked), along with David Spade, Tom Green, Pauly Shore and Ashton Kutcher.

Carolyn Murphy Stars in Latest Celebrity Sex Tape Scandal

It is being reported that the steamy two-hour sex tape Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue covergirl Carolyn Murphy made on her honeymoon with her now ex-husband has been "stolen" and that it may be released to the public soon.

The New York Post offered some dish on the model dirt: "We're told beautiful blonde Murphy, 30, the face of Estee Lauder and Fendi, is completely uninhibited in the video she made with her surfer dude ex-husband, Jake Schroeder, in 1999."

Jake confirmed the raunchy tape's existence when he spoke to PageSix, "Yes, a video was stolen. Let it be in the public eye. It doesn't really affect my life; it's Ms. Murphy who has to worry. I'm sick of her bullshit."

Stolen? Sounds more like he's out for revenge.

Sophia Bush and Chad Michael Murray "One Tree Hill" star Sophia Bush says she has no problem shooting intimate scenes with Chad Michael Murray despite the fact they are in the middle of divorcing each other.

"My job is my job, and my personal life is my personal life, and I keep them separate," Sophia told People for this week's online issue. "It's my job. It's not always easy, but it's my work � it's what I love and take pride in, and I won't let that slack because of personal circumstances."

"I'm a big girl. I'm a strong girl," she said, hinting that Chad's behavior was behind the breakup. "It's not that I don't respect other women in my position, but there are things I won't forgive. I have too much going on in my life to focus on."

According to Ted Casablanca and The Awful Truth, who heard it from a reliable source, this totally happened: Lindsay Lohan was spotted at 5 a.m. sprawled out on a dirty linoleum floor, not at the VIP room at Spider, but at the 7-11 in West Hollywood.

The source reported our girl Linds was "looking at pictures of herself in all the gossip magazines, and laughing. The convenience-store witness described the star as not exactly looking "red-carpet ready" and she supposedly "bought around $500 worth of goodies.": "A shitload of Baked Lays, ketchup, six packs of cigarettes, string cheese ...she had mascara all over her face and was pointing out pictures of herself in this week's In Touch."
