kenny and renee pic How do you go from Jack White to Kenny Chesney? Not very well, apparently. that whole "You had me at hello" thing only lasted four short months for actress Renee Zellweger
and cowboy crooner Kenny Chesney.

People is reporting that the two are having their marriage annulled, as renee filed papers thursday in los angeles superior court, citing "fraud" as the reason for the split. The actress's petition also asks the court not to award spousal support to Chesney.
, The magazine sought an explanation from top Hollywood divorce attorney Sorrell Trope, who said: "If fraud is checked that means a promise was made before the marriage, but the person who made it had no intention of keeping it. The promise has to pertain to the heart of the marriage."

The singer met the "Jerry Maguire" actress in January at the "Concert of Hope tsunami relief benefit", where he sang and she took phone pledges, and surprised the entertainment world by marrying a few months later.

heather mills-mccartney Paul McCartney�s model/activist wife Heather Mills McCartney got into a violent scuffle with security guards at Jennifer Lopez's new york office and momentarily lost her prosthetic leg.

According to news reports, the model attempted to deliver a people for the ethical treatment of animals (peta) DVD showing creatures being killed for fur to Lopez. The model earlier lead a demonstration at which she pleaded with fans to boycott J.Lo's music, movies and clothes because she uses fur in her fashion range, called sweetface.

Mills McCartney and her entourage of about a dozen journalists and photographers entered the building and were immediately confronted by bodyguards who yelled: "You have no authority to be here. Get out! Leave the floor immediately!"
, The confrontation got physical and her prosthetic leg became detached. An eyewitness said she bent down and clutched her knee in pain, before asking to use a bathroom so she could reattach the leg. The guards refused and she was forced to retreat to a stairwell where she reattached her leg.

Her spokeswoman said: "It's true Heather's prosthetic limb became detached. PETA has been trying to speak to J-Lo for two years without success which is why they resorted to entering her office."

J.Lo's Sweetface refused to comment but one guard defended the action by saying: "About 12 or 13 of them forced their way in. They were really rude and wouldn't leave when asked."

He'll Always Have Paris: Hilton Hacker Sentenced

paris hilton and her sidekick the 17-year-old massachusetts teenager who hacked into paris hilton�s cell phone account and posted her private stuff all over the internet has been sentenced to 11 months in a juvenile facility.

the private phone numbers and email addresses of more than 500 a through d-list celebrities stored in hilton�s cell phone were posted online last spring when her account was one of the ones hacked by the computer geek. most of the cool celebs had to change numbers after receiving hundreds of prank calls, and probably shudder now when they see paris pull out her sidekick.
, Since the teen is considered a juvenile under federal law, his name is not being released and prosecutors would not confirm that Hilton was one of his victims, only that he was convicted on numerous counts of hacking and making bomb threats to high schools in Florida and Massachusetts.

As a condition of his sentence, the teenager is prohibited from using computers, mobile phones or any other technology capable of connecting to the internet while he is in juvie and for another two years after his release. That alone should kill him.

england's handsome prince harry turns 21 today (september 15) and says he will definitely not give up his "party prince" image because "i am who i am."

"does everyone expect me to be just the caring person and not to have a cigarette, not to have a beer?" he asked.

now attending army officer training at sandhurst military academy, harry plans to keep his "child streak" but also says he will not be a social butterfly who leads a meaningless life, or a royal who "just finds a lame excuse to go abroad and do all sorts of sunny holidays."

the prince told a reporter that he has caught the "infantry bug" and is determined to be a real soldier. "i do enjoy running down a ditch full of mud, firing bullets. it's the way i am. i love it," he said. "there's no way i'm going to put myself through sandhurst and then sit on my arse back home while my boys are out fighting for their country."

congrats all around to Britney Spearswho gave birth to a baby boy yesterday, September 14.

The 23-year-old pop singer has openly said for months that she was terrified of going through the pain of childbirth and opted to have a caesarian section instead. (Which is, uh, still painful for the 10 weeks it takes to recover from having your stomach muscles splayed open during the delivery...)

The little Federline reared his head at 12:40 p.m. on wednesday in what the Santa Monica Hospital described as a "very uncomplicated" delivery.

She and hubby, Kevin Federline, are believed to be planning to name the little one Preston Michael Spears Federline. that's P.M.S. Federline.

[Update: 9-20-05] Latest news is that the little cheeto will be named Sean Preston.

Emma Roberts is the Girl Sleuth "Nancy Drew"

emma roberts pic Congrats to "Unfabulous" star Emma Roberts for snagging the lead in a big screen adaptation of the popular "Nancy Drew" novels.

"Nancy Drew: The mystery in Hollywood Hills" will be updated to present day Los Angeles (and not set in the 1950s) where the teen sleuth will tag along on her lawyer father's business trip and, natch, find clues to eventually solve the murder of a movie idol.

Already a star from her Nickelodeon series "Unfabulous," the 14-year-old is from a highly successful hollywood family: she is the daughter of actor Eric Roberts and niece of world's highest paid actress Julia Roberts. Emma's film credits include playing Johnny Depp's daughter in the drug drama "Blow" and the upcoming "Aquamarine." She's also got a album due out later this month. Emma is on course to be a big star and is open and honest enough to give her opinion about fellow teen celebs to USA Today.

British director guy ritchie has reportedly told his wife
Madonna that he is leaving the kaballah because he has wasted too much time following it. Britain's Daily Star quoted a source close to the couple as saying:
"Madonnais absolutely fuming with guy. Kabbalah is her life and she feels like guy has rejected her as well as the cult. it took her years to convince him to join the sect and she was thrilled by his growing enthusiasm for it over the past years."

Sex Returns on "Nip/Tuck" in Season 3

julian mcmahon pic The awesome fx show, nip/tuck returns for season 3 on september 20th, which can't be soon enough for die hard fans who were left hanging at the end of last season when dr. troy was possibly being slashed in the face by a serial killer wearing a clown mask. kill that annoying teenager matt, please, but leave dr. troy alone!

if the rumors are true, sexiest man alive dr. christian troy (aussie hottie julian mcmahon) will be back having even more graphic sex than he did the first season - thank god, since he was far too tame and paternal in year two. TV guide is reporting he'll enjoy a m�nage � trois in the third season opener with his frequent bedmate kimber (kelly carlson) and a kinky vice cop (rhona mitra).
, "There are a lot more weird romances this season," says series creator Ryan Murphy. "Boys and girls. Boys with boys. Girls with girls." Quality cable television all around! Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) has a three-episode romance with a patient (Anne Heche) while his estranged wife Julia (Joely Richardson) turns to a lesbian romance for comfort.

Throw in some gross surgery shots (truly, they're icky - and real), some very wierd plastic surgery clients ("Tell us what you don't like about yourself"), and more betrayals and twists than "Desperate Housewives," and Nip/Tuck delivers as a wicked and over-the-top drama. There's nothing like it on TV. Tune in on September 20 and get addicted. (And good news for U.K. fans... Sky One will start showing it on Sunday October 16.)

lil' kim pic Raunchy raptress Lil' Kim has one week of freedom left before she's shipped off to the slammer. With time running out, Kim is busy promoting her eagerly anticipated fourth album "the naked truth" which drops on september 27, and filming her life for a reality tv show.

She told the new york daily news in an interview that her only concern right now is that "I won't be able to promote my album." The 30-year-old Kim reports to prison monday to serve a sentence for lying to a grand jury about a 2001 shootout between her entourage and Foxy Brown's group in front of hot 97s offices in New York.
, If the Grammy winning rapper's year-long stint in prison and fine of $50,000 seems to be the furthest things from her mind, maybe she's thinking about having the unique distinction of being the first female to ever get a 5-mic rating from The Source magazine, which will give her the prestigious honor in the upcoming October issue. For sure, you know that Lil' Kim will spend her 366 days in prison writing lyrics ("Everybody talkin', all these haters hawkin' / Paparazzi stalkin' takin' pictures while I'm walkin' / Damn can't a bitch breathe, gimmie room please / I'm in the paper e'ry day if I piss or sneeze") while she chills doing time for lying to protect her friends. It's a ridiculously long sentence for perjury and it's wrong.
