Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush Are Officially Split

Chad and Sophia pic The news that's making millions of girls weep for joy: Heartthrob Chad Michael Murray and his "One Tree Hill" co-star Sophia Bush have separated after a short and not-so-sweet five months of marriage.

According to People magazine, a hired hand of Sophia's confirmed the split and issued her statement: "This is a difficult and unfortunate situation. I am glad this is being resolved sooner rather than later."

"I am saddened to announce that Sophia and I are separating," Chad said in his statement. "This is a very difficult time for me."

The two met on the set of their WB show and began dating in 2003. They exchanged handwritten vows during their wedding on April 16 this year, but by July, rumors were surfacing that Chad was being a naughty boy partying at strip clubs and Sophia was stressed out by the brazeness of his female fans. It's sad to hear that two such likeable people have to go through this and unfortunately, things could get awkward on the set of "One Tree Hill." Don't be surprised if one or both of them leaves at the end of this season or the next. (Now that would suck.) We wish them both well.

The New Lindsay Lohan Says: "I Was Too Skinny."

Lindsay Lohan the Redhead Admitting that she's tired of having no cleavage, actress Lindsay Lohan has decided to put on some weight. "I'm working out with my trainer now and eating healthy."

"I want my boobs back!"

She is quoted by Star magazine as saying: "I do not have an eating disorder. I lost weight because I'm 19 years old and only went through puberty a year ago. I haven't been on a crash diet. Give me a break."

Lindsay has gained 11 pounds in the last three months by eating protein rich food meals and staying away from unhealthy junk food. Her trainer said, "Lindsay is on her way and is now putting on lead body mass rather than fat."
, The Mean Girl became alarmingly thin while shooting "Herbie: Fully Loaded" and regrets mistreating her body. "I was going through a rough time and I probably wasn't taking care of myself," she said. "I want to encourage young girls to not get to that point. Now they're going to say I am overweight, which is ridiculous. I don't know what to say to that ... you grow up and you mature."

Gone will be the freckled, flat-chested, chemical blonde and emerging soon will be the freckled, fully-racked, raven-haired Hohan of old. Just one question: will the boobs be a result of pasta, or surgery?

Jon Bon Jovi pic Rocker Jon Bon Jovi recently slammed Tom Cruise and Paris Hilton in an interview with Britain's Daily Telegraph, criticizing famous people for wanting so much attention focused on themselves.

The rocker claims Cruise "courts celebrity for the sake of it" and he believes Tom's fianc�e Katie Holmes is feeding off of his star status. "Tom Cruise was always a great actor, but I think the man's lost it, lost it. You won't ever catch me jumping up and down on Oprah going on about how I love this woman. And then others start feeding off it. Suddenly, Kate Holmes is on the covers of magazines."

"These people claim they hate the intrusion that fame brings but then they bring it on themselves by having huge entourages everywhere they go, attracting attention to themselves. It's a great fallacy," Jon continued. "Another one's Paris Hilton. Famous for being infamous. And the people who should be getting the attention, people like Bob Dylan, aren't. It's sad."

Ashton and Demi pic Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have decided to give marriage a try and were wed on Saturday in a Beverly Hills home, both Us Weekly and People magazine reported.

Us Weekly said that the wedding was attended by about 100 of the couple's friends and family, including Moore's second husband Bruce Willis, and actor-friends Wilmer Valderama and Lucy Liu. Since the the couple are both followers of Kabbalah, they exchanged vows in a brief traditional ceremony that one guest described as "very last minute."

People Magazine said Kutcher, 27, and Moore, 42, met at a dinner in New York City in 2003. After Kutcher began dating Moore, the magazine said "he quickly carved out a place in the lives of her three daughters by Willis - Rumer, 17; Scout, 14; and Tallulah, 11 -who came to embrace Kutcher as a third parent, affectionately calling him MOD, short for "My Other Dad."

Mouthpieces for both actors did what they are paid to do: They declined to comment. (Are we being punk'd?) Rumors are also kicking up again that the sudden marriage is due to a baby on the way...

Spider Web of Lies and Deceit on Survivor Guatemala

The second episode of "Survivor Guatemala" shows Gary being outed as a pro-athlete by Danni, model Blake stepping up when he's needed in the physical challenge, Tribe Yaxha bonding as a family, and Big Surprise! the dumb blonde who sits around camp, doesn't scheme, and doesn't help, gets voted out.

Me snort ants? Stephenie says no thanks to Rafe and Gary who find a nest and have an ant-scarfing feast. "They have a little zing to them," says Rafe, chowing down. Steph pins her hopes on trying to win real food in a reward challenge.

While the tribes grow hungry and mull over the idea of eating ants, grasshoppers, and minnows ("Good protein!") the reward challenge arrives. The challenge consists of climbing across a rope obstacle course (looked like a big spider web) to retrieve 8 bags, drop in the water, race up the ladder and run back. The winning tribe received hooks, bait, twine and other items to help them catch fish. The finish is close but Blake rallies to snag a win for Nakum. It's a surprise too, cuz while the other men are feeling better after the grueling 11-mile jungle hike, Blake is still ill and dehydrated, but he kicks in and wins for his tribe. Just how sick is he? Is he playin' possum?

Haters of Chris, set up your TIVOs tonight, cuz you don't want to miss one of the best premieres of the fall season. Of all the networks, hand it to lil' UPN to come up with a killer show to finally challenge the big boys in the prime time slots. The funny new show "Everybody Hates Chris" based on the childhood of comedian Chris Rock is up again (get this): "Survivor," "The OC," "Alias," and "Smallville." Yeah, "Joey" is on at the same time but, pffft, that's not worth a mention.

Everybody Hates Chris

Inspired by his own life, Chris Rock narrates the semi-autobiographical story of a 13-year-old teenager (played by Tyler James Williams) growing up during the early eighties. His family has just moved from the housing projects to a less violent neighborhood in Brooklyn, and then he's bused to a mostly white junior high school. The critics are already showing the love for this show. Tune in or Tivo, but don't miss it.

James Denton Gives Inside Scoop on Desperate Housewives

James Denton pic While they were filming the first episodes, "Desperate Housewives" actor James Denton remembers discussing with with Teri Hatcher that the prime time soap opera would probably only last a season, and that it would be a shame because the show was so good. Now he believes the runaway hit will be around for four or five more years.

He gave the scoop Tuesday to the Masters, Lewis and Floorwax, of Denver's 103.5 the Fox about the wild stories that the five actresses had demanded more money midway through the season.

"Actually, that's one of those rumors that's completely untrue," Denton said. "I read it everywhere, in a bunch of places, that Teri was making $280,000 per show or something."

"That's completely untrue. None of them were making that kind of money. They got bonuses, and the network called them in and tried avoid arbitration, like with an athlete, but they didn't let them renegotiate. They're doing that this year. Second season is when the actors beat up the studios. So that's going to happen now."
, Denton also believes the male actors on the show shouldn't make long range plans: "I think we're dispensible. We lost Steve Culp last year who plays Rex, and who was fantastic. And I really liked them as a couple. We were shocked, and he didn't know ... he had like a week's notice. They called him in and it was like, 'Dude, just so you don't read it... You're dead.' It made us all realize that they were willing to make big changes, to have the show go in different directions. It was a harsh education and he was obviously very disappointed. But he's a great actor, so if he's dispensible, I think we all probably are."

He also divulged that the show has some basis on real characters: "The Van de Kamp's, Bree's family, is based on [creator] Marc Cherry's family in real life when he was growing up," Denton explained. "Bree is basically his mom, and his dad died of a heart attack when he was a young kid. So we knew that Steve Culp might, might, bite it early, but we had no idea it would be season one."

"It's kind of harsh to be fired from Desperate Housewives but then again, the guy who did the pilot, the Rex from the pilot, did just the one episode and they replaced him," Denton said. "So that would really suck, to do the Desperate Housewives pilot and then get replaced before it went on the air."

Feuding and Desperate Housewives Buzz Refuses to Die

It was an honor for three of the Desperate Housewives co-stars, Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman and Marcia Cross, to be nominated for the best comedy actress award at last weekend's Emmy awards show. We expected one to get the win, but didn't expect the latest furor to erupt over one actress "refusing" to pose with her Emmy-winning co-star.

It's all media harping of course, as the press ran a couple of photos of the D-wives, without Teri present, and immediately began the rumor that she refused to be in the shot. There were, however, many shots taken of the co-stars together later at the Governors Ball, and some of those are beginning to appear on the internet. Teri told contactmusic.com: "I didn't care at all about losing, but I just didn't want (my daughter) Emerson to feel bad.", The actress said she called her seven-year-old daughter to explain her loss, saying, "You know, I didn't win, but Felicity won, and when you come to the set next time, you can give her a big congratulations."

In other news, The "Desperate Housewives: Season One" DVD is out today. It contains all 23 episodes from the first season, including extended versions of 6 episodes with new scenes, commentary by series creator Marc Cherry on 5 episodes, and 7 deleted scenes. There's also commentary by Eva, Felicity, Marcia, and Teri on their favorite scenes, a 30-minute show with cast interviews, and a comedy short that Oprah Winfrey filmed on the set.
