FOX's "Prison Break" debuted to a strong showing monday night with 10.5 million viewers with a couple of hot guys, Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell, and may just be one of the top three best new dramas of the fall season.
Wentworth, who'll you'll recognize from his sauve role as satan's bitch last spring in "joan of arcadia," plays michael scofield, a pretty but heavily-tattooed engineer (is there any other kind?) who breaks into prison in order to help his brother lincoln burrows (played by dominic purcell from "john doe") escape. Lincoln is on death row for the murder of the vice president's brother and, natch, Michael believes he is innocent.
The first obstacle to the new "Oz" lite show is that Michael must get into prison by passing through some rather enormous plot holes. We are asked to believe that Michael is sent to the same prison where his brother is on death row, and that none of the prison officials know they are brothers (yeah, uh-huh), and that Michael is an educated structural engineer who used to work for the architectural firm that just happened to built the prison. Hmmm, and just what is inked on Michael's body in those tattooes?
Sure, the plot has a few snarkage problems, and that haircut makes Wentworth kinda resemble Adam "hornio" from amazing race 6 (let's not go there), and the lack of male nudity is mildly disturbing for female voyeurs viewers - but FOX isn't hbo so decency standards must be kept. sigh. but it's worth tuning in for the hottness of Wentworth and Dominic.

Good looking and has good taste with putting himself in a drama like this. Awesome show! Missed this past Monday, but... I don't plan on missing anymore. Love the plot of it, and the acting!

holy crap! this guy is so god damn hot, I am a big movie and T.V buff. I don't watch shows just because there is one hot guy in it, but for this hottie I will make an acception. Not to say the show sucks, it doesn't I find it quite entertaining. When I found out he was in his 30's! well lets just say milk must do his body good :P

I love this show. It's really intense and entertaining, and smart. I don't like many shows, basically just CSI and House, so this has to mean that is a really good show. Despite hotties or not. But I have to say, I'm curious on how this show is going to progress over two years.

OMG words just cant describe how gorgeous he is. ANd those eyes of his are incredible, but hes not just a pretty face he is also very talented and smart. He's the reason I even watched Mariah carey's videos, but then I found out he was on Prison Break so now I'm obsessed w/ that. I have to skip class just to watch it but its worth it!

This is an amazing show. Probably one of the best shows since lost. It is filmed like a full screen movie and the plot,though a bit streched still is believeable. That what a good movie or Television series does. It brings you in to believe it by using your imagination, and asking yourself, could any of this be possible, and in my opinion it is. It has something for men and women , action, good-looking men, and a suspensful hour that passes by like 5 minutes b/c you are so consumed you can't believe the hour is up.I love it and it's about time we got some great TV. eVERYONE WATCH AND LET'S KEEP THIS ONE!!!!!
