According to reports from L.A., a photographer named Brad Diaz was shot in the leg with a BB gun outside a home where Britney Spears was attending a bridal shower thrown in her honor.
It was unclear who fired the BB as the photographer was staking out the event at the Malibu home Saturday night. Paramedics came and bandaged the man's leg and took him to a hospital on a gurney in an ambulance to treat the wussy wound. Most of us yell "ouch, dammit!" when hit in the leg by a BB (I speak from experience ...Tony, you asshole!) and apply some ice maybe, but when there's a celebrity nearby - it's time to call the cops, an ambulance and the Associated Press.
"It could've been somebody driving by, walking by, we have no idea where it came from," said a police detective. The photographer was standing with 10 other paparazzi about 200 yards from the home's long driveway when he was pinged by the pellet.
