Diva Mariah Carey is said to be upset and hurt that Eminem is playing a private voice-mail message she left for him to audiences of his "Anger Management" tour.
In a skit at his concerts, Eminem talks to the audience when suddenly, her song "We Belong Together" comes on, and then one of Mariah's messages start to play over it: "I heard you were getting back with your ex-wife. Why won't you see me? Why won't you call me? You're not calling me . . ."
As the message continues, Eminem pretends to vomit into a prop toilet and then launches into his song, "Puke" and sings "You make me sick."
PageSix is reporting that friends of Mariah say that Eminem is still pissed that Mariah continues to deny she had an affair with him in 2001. Supposedly, he's annoyed that she wrote a song about their relationship on the album which noted: "You should have never intimated we were lovers. I gotta break it to you delicately — who's gonna love you when it's over? Who's gonna care?"
The scorned rapper told Rolling Stone that they DID have a brief affair but added that, today "I just don't like her as a person." He certainly told the rest of us about it in "Superman":
Am I too nice? Buy you ice,
Bitch if you died, wouldn't buy you life,
What you tryin to be, my new wife?
What you Mariah? fly through twice,
But I do know one thing though,
Bitches they come, they go...
In the diva's defense, a friend of Mariah claims that it isn't her voice on the recorded message: "It's an imposter! She is considering suing him for defamation. They did hang out, but it was Eminem who followed her around ... He became obsessed with her, showing up everywhere. She thought he was a friend. She thought hanging out with him was fun, but then he wanted to take it further, and she said no. She never slept with him and he felt rejected and scorned and got very angry."
Whatever.
