In what’s surely the lamest scandal of recent months, the costume malfunction star upset the odds-on favorite O'Hurley on the runaway hit ballroom dancing competition. Judge Carrie Anne Inaba, also a choreographer, had earlier repeatedly called the 50-year-old "Seinfeld" star and his partner, Charlotte Jorgensen, "the couple to beat."
