The former world-class choreographer, who had a several pop albums that sold well in the early nineties, says she wants to make a come back: "I've always been able to help mold others into their greatness. I've made a conscientious decision that after this season, I have to take some time to be mindful of my own craft."
, Paula was once the "real thing," beginning with her career as a top choreographer for the likes of Janet Jackson and the Laker Girls. As a singer, she had several Number One hits including songs such as Straight Up and Forever Your Girl. Since her album recording days ended, Paula has been working on American Idol as well as continuing to choreograph ("American Beauty")and she ran her own dance camps and competitions for kids.
